Where are meetings held?

Our client meetings are held at our offices in Borehamwood or via video call.

Do you have parking?

Yes – just for our clients.

Do I have to pay for an initial meeting?

No you don’t – initial meetings are always at our expense.

What do I need to bring to an initial meeting?

This will depend on what you are looking to discuss. We will send you an email with what documentation might be helpful to bring along. The most important thing is you bring yourself.

How long should I allow for an initial meeting?

Our initial meetings usually last an hour.

Do I have to sign up to your services at an initial meeting?

You will sign up when you are ready to! We are here to help and advise rather than “sell”.

How can I book an initial meeting?

You can call or email us to work out a convenient time. You can even book yourself in using this link.

Are you regulated?

You can find details of our registration with the Financial Conduct Authority here.

Can you advise on Final Salary/Defined Benefit transfers?

No, we do not directly offer this service, but we can provide details of a transfer specialist who can help you.

What happens if my Financial Planner is away on holiday?

Hopefully they will be relaxing and enjoying themselves! You will continue to be looked after by our highly skilled team. If there is anything urgent, our planners our happy to be contacted by our team, to ensure you get what you need.

What do you charge for a financial plan?

A base fee of £1,250.

Do you take a percentage or are your fees fixed?

We take a fee of 1% of those assets we invest or manage for you.

Do you get commission?

Only for mortgages and insurance, not financial planning services.

Do you charge VAT?

The majority of the help we provide is exempt from VAT.
